Designing her work on a foundation of integrity, CoCo Shelburne is a powerhouse real estate broker, developer, and investor/investing consultant who possesses the skill and passion necessary to spearhead client objectives within the ever-evolving competitive market. As a broker in Nevada and commercial/residential agent in California at KW Keller Williams and COO for CMS New Media, CoCo features an extensive 17+ year background within the industry across the national and international scales and wholeheartedly enjoys supporting her versed clientele every step of the way as they navigate through the exciting (yet sometimes unpredictable) real estate lifecycle.
Since retiring from the LA County law enforcement and diving deep into the nuts and bolts of real estate, CoCo has built a large inventory of experiences that have led to her current endorsed standing and designations that include NCREA, CDPE, CREIPS, MRP not to mention being licensed in multiple states.
CoCo has spent the majority of her career with Keller Williams’, which included initial expansion efforts in France and the UK, where eventually lead her to opportunities working along side Bill Soteroff, later earning the opportunity to lead the expansion in Greece. Some of the more notable accomplishments throughout CoCo’s time thus far at Keller Williams include (but are not limited to) initially pioneering how to complete transactions globally, feet on the ground, coordinating clients, correspondence, and closings, all while helping people immigrate from one country to another.
Even more, CoCo has also worked with many international clients ranging from commercial and residential sales, international development to investments throughout her near two-decade reign. Despite the prevalent challenge of language barriers and unfamiliarity of certain territories, CoCo successfully helped individuals, families, and business leaders across various regions like Greece become positioned for A to B transaction success: proving that it may not always be easy, but it is certainly possible.
CoCo has collaborated with specialty clients listed as the Top 5 of 7 of the major AG corporations in a $1B agricultural land transaction, aquifers, drove ecological residential resort developments in Costa Rica and within emerging European markets.
As a professional fueled by her clients’ success, nothing makes CoCo happier than being able to deliver her clients the fundamental support, guidance, and positive experiences they innately deserve. From trailblazing emerging market relations, land acquisition to full-scope expansions, she has a genuine ardency for accentuating the entire real estate experience and demonstrates that through her innovative approaches that ultimately solidify growth-driven futures. This, in conjunction with her motivating energy to unlock new opportunities and reputation for fostering win-win scenarios, is what shaped CoCo into the dynamic industry asset she is today – one who insistently strives to raise the standards bar for her clients, the community, and the real estate sector as a whole.
Overall, CoCo loves what she does and is always staying updated with the industry and market trends. In fact, her dedication and second passion for media also landed her features on HGTV's House Hunters and opened Glam Estates and inspired her to help countless investors reach their wealth-building objectives (large and small) through one-on-one consultations and gentle reminders that anyone can win that game with the right approaches.
In 2021, eXp World Holdings hired her for their Global Growth Manager position, where she worked along Michael Valdes in the expansion of countries, new territories, growing their global agent to over 65k.
Now, in 2022, not only has CoCo simultaneously founded and led her own real estate consulting firm in Nevada, EdgeLand International Real Estate, she brings her expertise back to Keller Williams, happily returning and now working in collaboration with Meny Atias, seeking to bring the real estate industry to another level.
